Robert Patton,CLU
Bob has been in the insurance business since 1975 and specializes in the design and implementation of employee benefit plans and executive compensation packages.
Bob has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from York College of Pa. He also has his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa.
Bob is active in various community activities and has has served on many local boards. He is a board member and past President of the York-Adams Chapter of Financial Service Professionls (1990-1991) and (2000-2001); current member and past President of the York Area Insurance and Financial Advisors(1988-1989) and a member of the York College Alumni Association.

Michael Patton
Michael is a graduate of Dallastown High School & York College of Pennsylvania and has been a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha national fraternity since 1990. Prior to joining The Patton Group, Michael worked in the elementary education profession.
Mike has been with The Patton Group since 1998. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the Central Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (CPAHU). He regularly attends seminars of the Society of Financial Service Professionals for continuing education and to stay abreast of the ever-changing trends of the profession.
Michael lives in Dallastown with his wife, Bobbi, and their two children, Sam and Emma. He enjoys traveling, golfing, Orioles games and is a season ticket holder and avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens. Recently he was able to add the York Revolution to this list.
Michael is looking to establish long-term client relationships by continuing the professional and dependable service that his clients have come to expect.

Christopher Patton
Chris has been with The Patton Group since 1998. Previous to working in the insurance business, Chris enjoyed working for a large restaurant corporation and became a manager in 1996 after four exciting years of travel with the company. His travels have taken him to Hong Kong, Texas, Arizona and Virginia.
As part of his continuing education process, he is currently pursuing his REBC (Registered Employee Benefits Consultant) degree. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the Central Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (CPAHU).
His ultimate pursuit is to become one of the premiere insurance agents in York. He believes success is having all of his clients' expectations 100% satisfied with their employee benefit plans.

Dave Patton
Dave is a graduate of Elizabethtown College in 1991. At E-Town he earned Bachelors degrees in Accounting and Finance. In 1992 he decided to get into the insurance business with his Dad. Soon after that Dave became licensed in insurance, annuities, mutual funds and variable annuities.
The focus of Dave’s career has shifted from the early years. He started with efforts to work in the individual market developing financial plans for families including advice with insurance and investment products. When Dave decided to start his family a business decision was made to move to the Business market. His efforts in the business community include the sales and service of employee benefits plans.
Dave has consistently made efforts to serve his community through various organizations including NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). Dave also served as the Vice President for 2 years at the York County Builders Association and many more years on their Board.

Cynthia J. Ryan
Cynthia entered the life and health insurance business in 1982, providing commercial and individual customers with insurance products and services. Over the years, she has worked both as a direct broker, and as an inside representative for an insurance company. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
In 1989, Cynthia earned the CLU and CHFC designations from the American College. She continued studies to add the RHU and REBC in 1996. A graduate of Penn State University, she makes her home in York with her husband Jerry, and their beloved dog Casey. They share time with Jerry’s daughters, and five beautiful grandchildren.
Since 1982, Cynthia has worked in various insurance and financial service disciplines; from life and health insurance to corporate pension plans. Over the last 15 years she has been devoted mainly to Medicare, and group and individual health insurance.
